‘Armed And Dangerous’ Teen Murder Suspect With NJ Ties On The Run: Authorities
A teenage New York murder suspect with ties to New Jersey remains on the run, authorities said Monday, July 27.
Jacqua Cowan, 19, is wanted in the killing of 24-year-old Jamier Allen in March 2025 in Albany, the U.S. Marshals Service said Monday. He is considered armed and dangerous.
Allen, of Albany, was shot and killed March 26, 2025, then his body was dumped in a wooded area, police said. About two weeks later, four people were arrested in the case, which was also tied to a car fire four days prior to Allen’s death, according to investigators.

Tomas-Kaan Jimenez-Guzel, 19, and Milo Sedarat, 21, pleaded guilty to terrorism-related offenses, U.S. Attorney Robert Frazier said. A 41-year-old Ocean County man was arrested and hit with numerous drug charges following a pedestrian stop in Stafford, authorities announced Wednesday, July 29.
At 6:45 p.m., on Tuesday, July 28, a drug enforcement unit stopped Sean Buckley, a West Creek resident at Route 9 and the Cedar Run Apartments after believing he was in possession of methamphetamine, Stafford police said.
A search of Buckley led to the seizure of suspected methamphetamine, suspected heroin, and drug paraphernalia, police said.

A drunk driver was arrested after he was going the wrong way in Toms River Saturday, July 25, authorities said.
Officers observed a vehicle heading eastbound in the westbound lanes on Route 37, the Toms River PBA said. Officers attempted to pull the vehicle over, but the vehicle continued going the wrong way on Route 37, authorities said.
