More than 21,000 Kia SUVs are being recalled because the front passenger air bag could deploy when a child or children's seat is in the front seat. Kia issued the recall for 21,290 EV9 vehicles, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said in a report filed on Friday, Aug. 21. The recalled EV9s are from the 2025 and 2026 model years.
